Shipping policy

A shipping fee applies to all orders under ₹999. Add your billing and shipping addresses, review your order to know the exact charges, and click on 'Place Order.' A shipping fee depends on the order quantity and pincode. Nalamaga(Danya Pharma marketing company ) reserves the right to modify/waive the shipping fee occasionally.

The shipping fee will be refunded in the following cases:

• Order cancellation by the customer before delivery;

• Order declined by the seller;

• Order shipment lost during transit or undelivered

The shipping fee will not be refunded to customers in the event of the return of a delivered order.

Convenience Fee: A nominal convenience fee of ₹5 applies to all orders. A convenience fee depends on the order quantity and pincode. Nalamaga(Danya Pharma marketing company ) reserves the right to modify/waive the convenience fee occasionally.

The Convenience Fee will be refunded in the following cases:

• Order cancellation by the customer before delivery;

• Order declined by the seller;

• Order shipment lost during transit or undelivered

The convenience fee will not be refunded to customers in the event of the return of a delivered order

Shipping Policy

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
